Shipping policy
Comprehensive Shipping and Freight Policy
1.0 Fulfillment Execution and Processing Latency The Company is committed to the expeditious processing and dispatch of all commercial orders; however, fulfillment timelines are strictly bifurcated based on the nature of the acquired merchandise:
-
Standard Inventory Allocation: Orders comprising standardized, off-the-shelf inventory—including but not limited to precision-cut MDF bases, clock mechanisms, raw epoxy resin systems, and silicone molds—are subject to a standard processing and packing latency of three (3) to five (5) business days following the successful clearance of funds.
-
Bespoke and Artisanal Fabrication: Due to the rigorous, multi-stage chemical curing processes and meticulous handcrafted detailing required for custom merchandise (e.g., Varmala floral preservation clutches, personalized agate invitation plaques), these articles operate on a dynamic fulfillment schedule. Estimated dispatch windows for bespoke items will be communicated individually to the Customer upon the formalization of the design brief and receipt of any required organic materials.
2.0 Freight Calculation and Financial Obligations All freight and logistical tariffs are strictly algorithmically determined at the point of checkout.
-
Variable Metrics: Shipping levies are computed dynamically utilizing the total volumetric weight, gross mass of the consolidated parcel, and the specific geographical routing data provided by the Customer.
-
Ancillary Levies: The Customer assumes absolute financial liability for any localized jurisdictional taxes, entry taxes, or regional surcharges that may be levied by local authorities upon delivery.
3.0 Transit Timelines and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Upon completion of the fulfillment phase, the merchandise is remitted to our contracted third-party logistics (3PL) partners for line-haul and last-mile delivery.
-
Estimated Routing Durations: Domestic transits typically necessitate five (5) to seven (7) business days from the point of dispatch.
-
Non-Binding Estimates: The Customer explicitly acknowledges that all provided transit timelines are strictly algorithmic estimates and do not constitute a legally binding delivery guarantee. The Company shall not be held liable for compensatory damages arising from transit delays orchestrated by the freight carrier.
4.0 Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss (FOB Origin) All physical merchandise is dispatched under the commercial shipping term "Free On Board (FOB) Origin".
-
Liability Transfer: The legal title, ownership, and all inherent risks of loss, theft, or catastrophic damage during transit transfer irrevocably from the Company to the Customer the exact moment the parcel is scanned and accepted by the designated third-party freight carrier.
-
Freight Claims: In the event of a parcel being irrevocably lost in transit, the Company will operate as a liaison to facilitate an investigative claim with the courier network; however, the Company bears no statutory obligation to autonomously refund or replace the merchandise absent carrier indemnification.
5.0 Force Majeure and Excusable Logistical Delays The Company and its contracted logistical infrastructure shall be unconditionally exempt from any liability for delays in dispatch or delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable commercial control. Such Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, severe meteorological disruptions, regional civic unrest, labor strikes, supply chain embargoes, global pandemics, or sudden disruptions in the localized transport grid.
6.0 Failed Deliveries, Inaccurate Routing Data, and Package Abandonment The Customer bears the sole, unmitigated responsibility for ensuring the absolute accuracy of the spatial routing data (shipping address) and contact information provided during the checkout protocol.
-
Address Inaccuracies: The Company assumes no liability for parcels misrouted, lost, or delayed due to typographical errors, incomplete addresses, or inaccessible delivery premises provided by the Customer.
-
Reverse Logistics Penalties: In the event a package is deemed undeliverable after multiple attempted drops, or is explicitly refused by the consignee, it will be subjected to reverse transit back to our fulfillment center. The Customer shall bear absolute financial liability for all initial freight charges, reverse logistical penalties, and subsequent re-dispatch tariffs prior to the release of a secondary shipment.
